IN A FLAP is a fast-paced arcade game. It is loosely inspired by the wonderful "Jumping Jack" on the ZX Spectrum, published by Imagine Software in 1983.
Wiggly Worm is hungry... and he LOVES apples!
Can you help him to collect them?
Be careful to avoid the birds, hornets and other creatures.
Wiggly lives in a dangerous area. Occasionally bombs will appear out of nowhere! Make sure Wiggly isn’t too close to them when they explode.
You may find a glass of beer along the way. Beware! If you drink it, Wiggly will become rather light-headed and difficult to control.
There are 10 levels to complete. Good luck!
Controls:
- Cursor keys (left, right)
- CTRL, SPACE or Cursor UP (jump)
- M (toggle music on/off)
- P (pause game)

Install instructions
To play this game, either:
Download and unzip the "In A Flap (Installer)" file and then run "In_A_Flap_Installer.exe. This will install the game on Windows.
OR:
Download and unzip the "In A Flap (Game)" file, and then run the "in_a_flap.exe" file directly.
When you try to install/run the game, Windows will warn you that this is an "unknown app" from an "unknown publisher". Becoming a "known publisher" means spending a lot of money every year on digital certificates, which we can't really justify for a free game! But we promise there is nothing harmful on offer.
