Test your arcade skills in Cosmic Crusher, a frantic shoot-em-up in which only quick reactions will keep you alive!
You are a humble space jockey tasked with clearing dangerous asteroid fields that threaten the galactic trade routes.
Your ship is armed with plasma cannons — powerful, but limited. Plasma drains quickly, so you’ll need to collect plasma pods to stay in the fight while dodging the debris.
Along the way you’ll encounter stranded astronauts. Rescue them for bonus points… but be careful: if they are destroyed, your score takes a hit.
Oh - and watch out for the aliens. They do not appreciate your presence — and they will not be friendly!
Controls:
- Cursor keys - rotate left/right, thrust
- Space - fire
- P - pause/resume game
- Esc - return to main menu

Install instructions
To play this game, either:
Download and unzip the "Cosmic Crusher (INSTALLER)" file and then run "Cosmic Crusher Installer.exe". This will install the game on Windows.
OR:
Download and unzip the "Cosmic Crusher (GAME)" file, and then run the "Cosmic Crusher.exe" file directly.
When you install or run the game, Windows may warn you that it’s an “unknown app” from an “unknown publisher.” This happens because we don’t use a paid code‑signing certificate — those cost a lot of money every year, and it’s hard to justify that expense for a free hobby project.
Rest assured: the game contains no harmful software. Windows is simply being cautious with small indie projects.
If you see the warning, click “More info” on the Windows SmartScreen message. Then click “Run anyway.” This tells Windows you trust the app and want to continue.
